AED/CONDEX 2019 Interview
Our Customers are Empowered with the Industry’s Leading Equipment Dealer Software
Geoff Pace, Marketing Manager for e-Emphasys Technologies, sat down to answer a few questions in advance of the fast approaching 2019 AED Summit/CONDEX. This will be the first of many trade shows that e-Emphasys Technologies will be attending in the coming months. The 2019 ARA Rental Show will be taking place February 17-20 in Anaheim, California. e-Emphasys will also be at NADITA, The MHEDA Convention and more in 2019.
Can you tell us a little bit about the AED Summit/CONDEX?
AED Summit is one largest gatherings of equipment distributors and related services in North America. AED (Associated Equipment Distributors) holds this event each year, and the exciting part is the fact that this is the 100th anniversary of the AED Summit. AED is an international trade association representing companies involved in the distribution, rental and support of equipment used in construction, mining, forestry, power generation, agriculture and industrial applications. Their membership consists of around 450 equipment dealerships and rental companies, and we expect a huge turnout for the 2019 AED Summit/CONDEX this year.
What can we expect from e-Emphasys Technologies at the event this year?
e-Emphasys has been a member of AED for nearly two decades, and we value the relationships and friends we’ve made at CONDEX over the years. We’ve experienced steady growth for the last decade, and 2018 was arguably the best year in the history of e-Emphasys, with record turnout at our booth during the show last year. We’re forecasting an even better year in 2019, and a lot of that starts with AED Summit. We’ll be sponsoring the AED Summit Mobile App again this year, and we’ll also be presenting the Keynote Feature Presentation. What do you have in store for 2019 CONDEX attendees at your booth this year?
Everyone at e-Emphasys is very excited for CONDEX this year. We are the fastest growing provider of equipment dealer software in the industry, and we take great pride in our product development. We have over 200 developers dedicated to the equipment distribution industry, and it’s the only space we work in. We’re also privately owned, which means we can reinvest our revenue back into the product. My educated hypothesis would be that we have more developers dedicated to the equipment dealer and rental market than all other competing vendors combined. Both products will be firsts for this industry and are powered by cutting edge technology. eVA utilizes Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to improve the efficiency of your field service department and reduce technician training time.
