VitalEdge Technologies Recognizes Dealers at 2026 Annual Customer Awards 

Honorees recognized at Evolve customer conference for operational leadership, analytics adoption, rental performance, and long-term collaboration. 

CARY, N.C., March 24, 2026 — VitalEdge Technologies today announced the recipients of its 2026 Annual Customer Awards, presented during the company’s annual Evolve user conference. 

The awards recognize dealers whose teams have demonstrated meaningful progress in operational execution, analytics adoption, rental performance, ERP implementation, and sustained collaboration.

Growth Catalyst Award 

The Growth Catalyst Award recognizes dealership groups that have pursued growth while reinforcing operational foundations. 

Equipment One (IntelliDealer) was recognized for continued adoption of new capabilities, including business intelligence and CRM solutions to enhance visibility and customer engagement. The dealership has also contributed to peer education efforts within the dealer community. 

Wade Incorporated (IntelliDealer) was honored for its acquisition of Reynolds Farm Equipment in Indiana, adding five locations and bringing the combined enterprise to 19 stores. The integration strengthens Wade’s ability to leverage shared operational expertise and scale efficiencies across both organizations. 

M-L Holdings (e-Emphasys) was honored for sustained investment in its technology and operational infrastructure throughout 2025, including Cloud CRM upgrades across divisions, expanded system adoption, and organizational consolidation. These efforts position the organization for long-term scalability.

Excellence in Analytics Award 

The Excellence in Analytics Award honors organizations that have embedded business intelligence into daily decision-making. 

Dynamic Equipment (IntelliDealer) was recognized for early adoption of BIaaS to strengthen day-to-day operational visibility.

Sonsray (e-Emphasys) was honored for advancing analytics within its Thermo King vertical, using our BI solution to enhance insight into performance, customer trends, and resource planning.

Rental Excellence Award 

The Rental Excellence Award recognizes operational discipline, strong system adoption, and collaboration within the IntelliDealer and Integrated Rental network. 

Bramco (IntelliDealer + Integrated Rental) was named the inaugural recipient based on consistent rental performance and deep engagement around process and platform adoption.

Trusted Partner Award 

The Trusted Partner Award recognizes long-term customers whose collaboration and engagement have strengthened the broader dealer community. 

RDO Equipment (IntelliDealer) has partnered for more than 20 years, serving as an engaged beta participant and collaborative advisor. 

“RDO Equipment Co. and IntelliDealer have had a partnership going back more than 20 years,” said Kelly Gress, CFO, RDO Equipment. “This collaboration has supported our growth and provided a strong operational foundation for our teams. It has been a long and productive journey, and we look forward to continued innovation together.” 

Ahearn Equipment (IntelliDealer), which has grown from a single location to a multi-store organization with rental operations, recently participated in CRM and BI beta testing and supported successful rollouts.

New Dealer Award 

The New Dealer Award recognizes organizations demonstrating strong leadership and disciplined adoption during ERP implementation. 

Stephenson Equipment (IntelliDealer) was recognized for its focused, collaborative implementation process and commitment to building a strong operational foundation. 

“Stephenson Equipment is proud to be named VitalEdge’s 2026 New Dealer of the Year,” said Dale L.
